Origin Broadband is an award-winning Broadband Provider based in Rotherham, we place our customers at the heart of our business and due to this we are looking for new team members to deliver great service to our growing customer base. Working as part of our Customer Operations Team you will be working as part of our existing friendly team to take ownership for every customer that you deal with.
We are passionate about delivering a great customer experience, through good conversations with our customers you will help identify and resolve their problems, answer queries and ensure that you provide a ‘right first time’ resolution for our customers. As part of the Origin team you will receive full training in your new role, ensuring that you get the most out of your role with ongoing training to support your career.
We have a variety of full and part time positions available, working shifts during our business hours, which are Monday – Friday 08.30am-20.30pm, Saturday 09:00am-18:00pm and Sunday 10:00am-16:00pm.
As an Origin Team member, you will be responsible for:
Starting salary £17,500 (rising to £18,135 on completion of training)
£21,135 OTE (performance related pay and upsell bonus)

“I’m Faye and I manage a team of 9 brilliant consultants here at Origin (I promise they didn’t make me say that). We work on just about everything, from live chat to social media. We work to a very strict timeframe and try to help customers resolve any issues they may have. I’ve never looked back after joining Origin, and I see my future here.”
A fun fact about Faye:“I used to compete in show jumping, cross country and dressage events all over the UK.”

We definitely have a few characters in Team Mac, but even though they all have their own skillsets, we work really well together as a team.
