Following the government’s announcement asking everyone to stay at home, we are making some changes to the way we work to make sure we are looking after our customers and people. We are in the process of moving more of our people to homeworking which is a big transition for us as a business.
We are working hard to make sure we can support our vulnerable and existing customers as quickly as possible. We also understand how key a great internet connection is for all our customers and their families right now.
So that we can focus on our existing customers we are temporarily pausing new sales across all channels until 1st June.
