The Date That Service Begins (your go live date)

About your go live date (when service begins with Origin).

From the day that you order, it can take from 10-14 working days for your service to begin with us.

Because we have to arrange for Openreach engineers to install services, we can’t provide an installation date immediately when you place your order.

As soon as we know more, we’ll inform you via email and text message. The first update after order confirmation can take around four working days.
