Paying your bills with us

The best way to pay your bill is to set up a regular Direct Debit. Payments are automatically taken from your account each month, so it’s convenient and secure. Our best deals will usually be 'direct debit exclusives' too.

Paying by Direct Debit

Payments are usually taken by Direct Debit on or around the first working day of the month.

To set up a Direct Debit, log on to your portal or call us on 0330 024 17 77.

Paying by Card

1. On your Origin Portal

You can access your portal at any time to see how much you owe and quickly pay your bill.

2. Over the phone

Pay your bill by debit or credit card by calling 0330 024 17 77.

Please have your customer information and bill handy. We accept Maestro (Switch), Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa and Mastercard.

Late payments

Please pay your bill promptly. Failure to do so could lead to debt management measures including, but not limited to, suspension or cancellation of services and a 'notice of default sums' charge of £12. Regularly paying by monthly Direct Debit reduces the risk of losing service or incurring additional charges..
