My service is suspended

Why could my service be restricted?

Your service could be restricted if a bill hasn't been paid 14 days after it was due.

A restriction may also be placed if your call usage is unusually high. Where possible, we'll get in touch to make sure everything is ok and that you're aware of your charges.

Lifting my restriction

In the event of an overdue bill, we'd ask you to bring your account up-to-date to resume your service. Once this is done, service will be resumed within 2 hours. If you've been restriced due to high usuage, we may sometimes ask for a partial payment towards the balance.
