View my bill online

Online billing with your Portal makes it easy to see your latest bill as well as any previous ones. Copies of your bills are available to view, download and print whenever you need them.

Logging on to my portal

If you already have your portal username, you can log in at portal.originbroadband.com. It's the easiest way to access your bills.

I haven't got my username

Your portal username is sent to you by email when you first join Origin, however if you can't access that email anymore, one of our colleagues will be able to send it again. Simply call 0330 024 17 77 or speak to our friendly live chat team by clicking the chat icon on the bottom-right of this page.

Forgotten my password

Resetting your password with Origin is easy. On the portal log in screen, click "I don't have my password" and enter your Origin log in. This will then prompt an email to your registered account for you to reset your password.
