You can check your bills in the ‘Billing Overview’ section of the Customer Portal. Please pay special attention to the call charges section of your bill – this can change each month depending on the calls that have been made from your home
If you have a friend that’s looking for a new ISP, point them our way and you’ll benefit from their savings.
You can change your mind 14 working days from the day that you ordered with us, or up until one working day before your service goes live - whichever comes first. If you leave after this (but before the end of your minimum term), you may be charged.
