COVID-19 update

Everyone at Origin Broadband is working hard to ensure that the customer service team is available to help you, and the network is resilient throughout the Covid-19 crisis.

The customer service team has now completed the move to working from home. The team is still on-hand to help with any account queries that you may have. With higher than usual call volumes, we ask that you visit our website in the first instance, which has lots of information to answer most questions. We have also invested in the Live Chat function, which is the most efficient way to contact us.

We appreciate your patience as the lockdown progresses. Rest assured we will do all we can to help in very difficult circumstances. All our team is sharing the same worries and stress that we all are and we appreciate your understanding and kindness in very a difficult situation.

The engineering team has completed a series of upgrades, and we will be installing new capacity on our network over the coming weeks to ensure you can continue to enjoy a fast and reliable broadband service.
