If you have an appointment, please be home during the agreed time so the engineer can attend. If you aren’t in you may be charged. Allocated times are 8am-1pm and 1pm-6pm.

Our routers are preconfigured, just plug it into a power socket and the white Openreach phone socket and you are ready to go!

Wait till midnight
